The months leading up to Christmas see a huge leap in demand. That’s why Amazon recruits around 15,000 temporary associates like you every year in the UK to work as Warehouse Operatives.

Overtime of one full shift is available paid at time and a half. Plus, additional overtime during peak weeks.
Over 95% of temporary staff in fulfillment centres currently work a 40 hour week.
Workers at Amazon do not have zero hour contracts.
All temporary staff are paid for no less than 20 hours of work per week. Even when 20 hours of work are not available.
